The court denied bail to his girlfriend Bushra, who was arrested in the murder case related to the death of BUET student Fardin Noor Parsh and ordered her to be sent to jail. Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Ataullah gave this order on Wednesday (November 16).

Earlier, the police produced Bushra in court today after five days of remand. The investigation officer DB Inspector Mojibur Rahman requested to keep him in jail until the investigation of the case is over.

On the other hand, the accused’s lawyer applied for bail. After the hearing, the court denied bail to the accused and ordered him to be sent to prison. CMM Court Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) Hemayet Uddin Khan Heeran informed the media.
Fardin, a BUET student, went missing on the night of November 4. After delivering his girlfriend Bushra to Rampura that night, there was no trace of him. Naval police recovered the body of Fardin from the Shitalakshya river in Narayanganj on November 7 afternoon.

Two days after the body was recovered, Fardin’s father Noor Uddin Rana filed a case at Rampura police station accusing his girlfriend Bushra and some others on November 10. After that, Bushra was arrested.
